I'm 5 inches tall and 6 to 145 pounds. I usually wear a medium size for tops and 6/8 for pants. I reduced the size to L and it fits great! Wasn't too wide and narrow in the right places. Maybe I could have bought an M but I didn't want it to be too tight as it's a bodysuit. It was very comfortable to wear - the material is soft, a bit stretchy. Bought it again in black!Recommend !
