.with a problem. The EZ-Connect o-ring on the high pressure side came out when I removed it from the port. I replaced the o-ring but the valve leaked on the next connection. I contacted MasterCool at "888" on the attached parts list for a new O-ring. I would be happy to buy one. I told them I only had the product for a month but they said they do NOT ship parts to consumers. I've been given several "dealer" names, one of which was NAPA. I called my local NAPA dealer and gave them a verified (by Donna at MasterCool) o-ring part number. As I suspected, that number meant nothing to NAPA. You'll have to take the connector to the store to find a suitable O-ring. I'd rather get the "part" from MasterCool to make sure it's the right part. Of course, not all O-rings are created equal. Both openings in the machine where the tool was attached were covered with covers. There is little chance that the port will become contaminated with dirt or debris and the o-ring will fall out. I am not a climate specialist. Just a craftsman who has done EVERYTHING himself for decades, which makes me NOT an expert on anything special. In hindsight, it seems reasonable to wipe off some Teflon (liquid)/ATF on each A/C fitting before using the connector. I have had faulty products replaced after years of use by vendors who have made every effort to provide support (most recently Alpine Mountaineering). Getting nowhere with a company whose product I've owned for a month and used once is NOT a 4/5 star situation. They responded, apologized for the NAPA issue, and offered to send me an O-ring. Any warranty issue will require the item to be shipped back to them. And it was considered unnecessary in this case. After reading more than one issue with quick couplers, I decided to buy a manual coupler instead.
