I love being able to slip the handle of a tool or gadget onto the casters with one hand. The rollers are flexible enough to insert and remove tools with one hand. In the video, it takes a little effort to insert the handle into the rollers when the handle is larger. But when the tool is hanging in the holder, it definitely won't come out unless pulled out. Very reliable. My only complaint and reason for the 4 stars is that the wall anchors and screw pull out easily unless you also use self-adhesive double sided tape (supplied with the bracket). My original setup didn't use tape, and I was able to move the wall mount away from the wall when I removed my tools from the hanger. Therefore, I recommend you to use the tape that comes with the hanger to attach the hanger to the wall more firmly. If you can manage to find a stand for wall mounting, you can probably skip the tape.
