Metal, nice brushed stainless steel. Black is a jet black soft/hard silicone rubber, one solid piece all over the back and runs through the holes and lines. They're not glued, they're not going anywhere. I like it. The metal is thick so you can't bend it with your foot, but you can twist it a bit to really fit the bend. This works on many cars and your type. slightly custom made to really make it stand out. and how much money is that? Yes, take it, don't pay more for fewer people
