This is so much better than any other sports headband I've tried in the past. I love the fact that it holds my phone and it's not just a small one and a half inch wide strap digging into my biceps. It's a bracelet that will hold my phone, keys, ID and money and stay in place. I can't say that about any armband I've had before this one. Not to mention it looks so much better as it no longer nearly bruises the inside of my arm when I wear it during my arm workouts because it never cuts into my biceps. ****** I used this case all the time. I'm paraplegic, so I don't walk, I do two laps in a wheelchair. Every day at the gym is hand day. But the most important thing for me is that there is never a time when I don't need my phone somewhere I can get it, but it's not too far away or in a vulnerable place. It has everything, it's perfect for me. I really use it all the time and haven't lost my elasticity anyway and I use it every day. This is a great choice for everyone.
