First of all, the parts arrived the next day after ordering! I have seen a critical review of reels with rubber tires that do not have double bearings and are no different from others. If the person read correctly, the double support roller is for the pretensioner, not the 4 drum rollers. The white nylon belt tensioner now has 2 bearings. inside/outside of the wheel. The original only had 1 bearing. He also said he put grease on the shaft of the rubber rollers. The reason they don't smear is because the filaments stick to the lubricant applied to them and start to squeak and cause friction when rotating freely. It took me about an hour to disassemble the dryer, [learning curve why I gave 4 stars], replace all roller wheels, tensioner/bracket/spring, belts and reassemble. Now that I've done it once I could do it faster and it would be easier to install. If I ever need a replacement I will order from here again. The woman is happy that her dryer works and purrs.
