I tried different knives for cutting different types of meat. Some of these knives are very expensive. For cutting brisket, this knife is the best! The serrated edge cuts through the bark without breaking it. Then he cuts through the flesh like butter. I heard Aaron Franklin (Franklin's BBQ) used it and now I know why. Every BBQ enthusiast should have one of these in their arsenal.
