Bought for my aunt who recently lost her husband. She totally loves it! She cried, I cried. The only downside is the chain wasn't long enough to put it on and off over the head, the lobster clasp is a bit small for them. It says it has a waterproof seal, but I'd be a little wary of showering with it because it contains ash. Also, the inscription is a bit small and required some maneuvering to read. The heart and chain seem very strong and well made. Hoping it doesn't get damaged.
