I really want to love it. I like the look of the bag and I think it will be quite durable. The included changing kit is disappointing. The plastic napkin lid arrived shabby and dirty, it definitely looked used and I did my best to wash off the residue I could although the scratches couldn't be removed. (I didn't take a picture when it arrived but wish I had, I wiped away some of the sticky blackish residue/dirt it looked like.) But I thought it was ok overall and put a few handkerchiefs inside. We are expecting a baby anytime and I wanted everything to be ready. It was a day or two ago. I haven't touched it to this day, the pocket on the back of the tissue box is now damp with tissues. So I guess it's not very waterproof or something. Then I noticed that the seam holding the velcro that ties everything together has completely come loose on one side and I'm afraid it's going to come loose at any moment. It's just disappointing given the price and the quality it should have been. If I could get a new diaper set I would probably update my review as I haven't had any other issues. I just feel like mine has been used. Otherwise, I appreciate the pocket space, compartments, and ability to clip the pages to the edges when not much space is needed. I also love the earthy look. I hope that the diaper changing kit accessories will improve. I was excited that everything would fit together, but I'm not sure how well it would work the way it is. UPDATE: The diaper changing set is definitely defective. I attempted to use it a day shortly after my initial review and the wipes I had in it (which left that wet feeling on the outside as I mentioned above) were stone dry. I was very disappointed. I would love to use this accessory with this bag, but I just took it out entirely. Also, I've been using this bag for a few months now and so far I really like everything else about it.
