An ambulance firefighter uses small pads when transporting patients on a stretcher. They let me keep a small pillow to hold my head up with at the hospital and medical facility while watching TV. When I got home I bought a pillowcase which I use at night as a 4th pillow on the 3rd which raises my head when I sleep on my back as I use a CPAP machine. This pillow is great for me (now I have 3 of them). I was able to remove some of the fiber to mimic the height of the ambulance pillow.
