Poor quality, arrived broken

The frying pan was ordered in April and never used. I put it on the shelf without pressing. But this week when I tried to use it for cooking it broke when I opened it. The screws fell out along with a small piece of plastic. It must have been broken upon arrival but we never tested it. We tried to fix it but when we tried to disassemble and clean the pallets everything fell off again. Now that it was out of the returns window, we couldn't return it. We have never used it and it is completely broken.
