Don't waste your money on this. I don't think it cleans as well as plain old baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. After the soaking time is up I still have to brush it to get rid of the build up. With baking soda and peroxide, my retainers come out clear and deodorized without cleaning. The only advantage of this tool is the packaging. It's good for travel, but that's probably the only time I'll use it. Save money and buy a large bag of baking soda and some hydrogen peroxide from any of the big department stores. This will save you a lot more money!
