I'm having trouble finding straps that I don't have to constantly adjust because I don't have back support. I'm a flat bottom guy. I also wear FR pants to work in accordance with our company uniform and safety policy. These pants are heavier than regular pants. The ratchet straps worked well, but I even had to adjust them a few times a day. I put these straps on in the morning and they stay taut the whole time. I also like the buckle, I can feel it a little but not as much as the ratchet straps. I am very impressed with it and will buy more in the future. Let's see how long they last, they seem durable.
