Review on Shank Ruler Motion Quilting Sewing by Kristen Simpson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Too short for my car.

Doesn't work as well as hoped. Mounted on the bar in the highest position and my backstitch ruler slips underneath, too low and falls out from under the bar's screw. Maybe I'll find a middle ground if I find time to tinker with it a bit.

Pros
  • High-quality metal ruler foot especially for quilting. A 1/2" OD ruler foot that provides a consistent 1/4" seam allowance. The high shank prevents the ruler from getting under the needle and ensures safe use of the rulers. The free motion foot is adjustable so you can raise or lower the foot to accommodate the thickness of the ruler/pattern or the thickness of the sandwich quilt. Open at top for easy leg adjustment
Cons
  • Not sure
