Review on 🛁 Moen YB5486PB Kingsley Bathroom Hand Towel Ring, Polished Brass - Elegant and Functional Towel Holder for Stylish Bathrooms by Jenny Oster

I really like Moen's products, but the two towel rings I bought are defective. After attaching the mounting brackets to the wall and then attaching the rings to the bracket, I immediately noticed that the rings were not properly aligned with the bracket. The rings are curved about 10 degrees. You can move the ring to straighten it, but it will simply return to its previous position. I have uploaded an image of the product to illustrate the issue. I haven't seen any other reviews with this complaint, so it's possible that the problem is limited to just a few oiled bronze finish stocks. I can't stand gear that isn't square and transparent so I decided to bring back the Revain towel rings.
