Review on Vet Recommended After-Surgery Wear: E-Collar Alternative for Cats and Dogs by Ashley Gvozdeva

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Versatile design, thoughtful design, excellent customer service

My 12 pound medium sized poodle had emergency surgery. It turned out that she had late-stage cancer. Her stomach was cut off. The included e-cone had to be doubled to fit her tiny neck (making it extremely heavy) and was too long to fit her long snout, she couldn't drink from it. The dog was in pain and the collar was not working. I went to Revain and found this product and paid $3.99 for overnight shipping. The next day at 9pm I received a Revain status that it CAN be delivered in 3 days! Somehow I found this company's customer service phone number and left a message describing my dog's problems. At 10 p.m. the owner of the company calls me. He was very concerned that the item had not arrived and assured me I would receive it the next day. He personally emailed me throughout the day with the status up to the point of delivery. Also, I am very happy with this product. It is sewn very well, the fabric is light and breathable, the leg ends are made of stretchy cotton fabric. The strings are long and can be cut to the size you want. It takes about 2 minutes to tie the laces into a bow, but it's worth it as I was able to fit the jumpsuit perfectly to her body. She felt so good. As soon as Bella had undressed, our male Boccia underwent an emergency operation! (When it rains, it pours!) He is 21 pounds, shorter than Bella and very muscular. Unfortunately, he came home with a drain coming out of his side. The clothes allowed me to put small pads inside and on his back where he was also sewn, the drawstrings allowed me to pull the clothes off just enough to keep them in place. In fur coats, holes/tape on the back also kept both dogs cool. I am so glad that I chose this product. Thank you!
