I wanted to start making freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning like my mother used to make us. As you get older, you want to do these things. My mother squeezed oranges by hand, but I don't have the patience for that. I ordered this juicer and couldn't be happier. I love how it sticks to the counter so I don't chase the juicer around. It is very easy to peel and passes through the pulp and seeds very well. Juice comes out of oranges very quickly. I am happy with this juicer and I think it was a good choice.
