I recently purchased a mixer, as it is difficult to beat by hand to the desired consistency and for a long time. Immediately after the acquisition, I prepared marshmallows. Very comfortably. Turned on, everything is mixed, hands are free, you can do a bunch of other things. I've only used the whisk so far. Everything was mixed and it turned out very tasty. Doesn't take up much space. Left it right on the countertop. I plan to use it often. The mixer itself came with small non-critical chips. They are practically invisible and do not affect the work.
