Most of all I like how it integrates with our Google CRM as well. There are two kinds of reviews - 1) User-generated content (UGCs), which include comments about product or services received; 2) Customer rating provided by third parties, such as search engines and other websites. The system also keeps tracking user activity, allowing you to see what features your users use most often. It's easy for staff to moderate UGC, while keeping track of who submitted them. We've been able to identify trends in terms of positive/negative sentiment from different regions and industries. This has helped us understand better where we need to focus our efforts to maximize engagement.
