We're not covering this year but my kids still want to dress up for Halloween on Fridays so they can be costumed for their distance learning classes. The brushes in this set are basic paint brushes. The strands on the brush are the perfect length to be shaped and filled with color. In fact, applying with a brush requires much less makeup than using a sponge. The color goes on smoothly and evenly and I think it's worth the price. Make-up can also be removed relatively easily with cotton wool and a basic cleaning agent. We use mixed water after the first wipe to ensure all pores are clean. The colors hold up well and don't run.
