Review on Wi-Fi signal amplifier (repeater) Wi-Fi Amplifier PRO, black by Micha Puzio ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

Excellent feature: low cost, efficient operation, and simple installation without the need for mental gymnastics. More is not typically necessary for users in the average category. Just so you know, I captured it using "our" plug on one of the federal networks. Due to the adaptor, it does not protrude out of the outlet and cause eye irritation, despite the fact that the price is not the lowest one can get on the market (1100). I am willing to spend between $200 and $300 for such a delightful experience. I won't comment on the signal strength or coverage area because I didn't measure either of those things. Because this amplifier is such a great example of effortlessly and affordably achieving the intended outcome, I feel completely at ease recommending that you go ahead and make the investment in it.

Pros
  • And without hostility or resentment) Although it is one of the more affordable amplifiers available, it is nonetheless of high quality and looks great. Conveniently small, with straightforward installation (two plugs into a socket, followed by a pause for setting), and quick and simple configuration. It took me ten minutes to set up, and that includes the time it took to download the Mi Home program. There were no issues with the configuration, and everything functioned properly on the very first attempt. I went into the settings and selected the option to make a network "with a name identical to the name of the home network." What particularly stood out to me was the fact that the child's laptop, which was quietly "sleeping" on the table in the nursery, was transported from the "basic" access point to the grid from the Xiaomi amplifier without rousing from its slumber. Magic, dammit))) By the way, the young child is delighted: the signal in the nursery has significantly improved, and "YouTube no longer slows down";) Compatible with Apple hardware and software. The signal is picked up by the Apple Airport Time Capsule and distributed equitably to all of the poppies and iPads. There have been no problems so far; we can only hope that this continues.
Cons
  • The flip side of low cost is functionality of a more limited nature. The frequency range is only 2.4 GHz, and the highest speed is only 300 M bit/s; it is obvious that technologists do not need this device. The amplifier only serves the purpose for which you purchased it. That is what I mean by it intensifies))) The sensitivity of the receiver is not very high: up to the base point at a distance of about 6 meters with a non-capital wall (foam blocks) in the way, but the amplifier is already talking about a bad signal level.
