This is a nice and very nice wardrobe. The front with doors is the narrow side. The longer side is the one with the hole. I thought it was the other way around. Also, I found a problem with mounting the hole on the right side. (Many have complained about this.) There are two directions - one for the "right side" hole and a set of directions for the "left side" hole. I wanted mine to be on the right, so I assumed that could be determined by looking directly at the front of the table - right would be to the right of the front doors. But it's the other way around! I think this is an error in the printed instructions. I had to build it twice before figuring out the error. It was frustrating.
