I was very excited when I received this product. And below are my thoughts on that after about a week of use. Pros: - Great Stabilizer: This is a great stabilizer for videos. I used it to undress my dog at the dog park and it was buttery smooth. Good size: It's quite compact. I haven't had a chance to use other stabilizers on the market but this one fits in my pocket. - Nice design: I like how it includes a small tripod leg so you can put it down when you want to rest your arm or do something else. shoot yourself. Cons: - The balance was often upset: for some reason it was out of balance several times while filming. At first I thought I accidentally selected Home mode, so I tried double-clicking the shutter button to bring it back to the center, but that didn't work. I had to turn off and restart the gimbal to get it back into balance. I'm not sure if it's the gimbal or my iPhone XS Max. The MOZA Genie app has some disadvantages: This gimbal is integrated with the MOZA Genie app. Works fine at first. But there were a couple of times when I stopped recording and the application saved the footage, the entire application crashed. Of course, all the frames were gone, so I had to redo them all over again. It was rather uncomfortable. And sometimes the app just didn't respond to my input. Overall it's still a good stabilizer but like I said I've never used any others. I was considering a stabilizer between this and the Movi Freefly but settled on this one because of the price. Hopefully MOZA can fix the above issues.
