He loved it! - my new review
My 3 year old grandson loved it and it looked so cute on him. A lot of reviews said it was too thin, but for him it was perfect. We are in Texas where it’s hot so he does not need a warm raincoat. I ordered it a size larger than what he is currently wearing so he can have at a year’s wear. Overall, he, me, and his parents are more than pleased with it. 😊❤️
