Very tight at the waist.
I haven't even tried it on yet, I can tell it will be very tight in the waist. The elastic band is only about 3/8" wide. Judging by the picture you might think the strip is over an inch wide and would be comfortable. It doesn't look like it would be very warm, maybe well for a high level of activity.Of course I will be back.
