I had a double mastectomy in 2013 and didn't have reconstruction. These are PERFECT for fitting into bras that have a pocket! I usually buy bandini style athletic bras because they aren't low cut or v cut. I cut a hole to put pads in and wear it that way. These are lightweight and way better than wearing heavy silicone prosthesis for sure! I initally bought them for summer heat times but I am still using them. ONe of the best purchases I've made this year.
