I do a lot of my shopping for home improvement materials online, and after reading some really great reviews of the Capulina online store, I was really excited to give it a try. Nevertheless, my interaction with the store resulted in feelings of letdown and frustration on my part. To begin, the costs were not competitive, despite the fact that the variety of tools that were offered was amazing. I was able to find comparable items sold at significantly lower pricing at other internet retailers. In addition, the quality of the instruments that I bought was inadequate, and I quickly found that I needed to replace them after acquiring them. Second, there was a very small range of lights and ceiling fans to choose from, and I was unable to find the particular design or style that I was looking for. Because the costs were greater than those at comparable online businesses, I was apprehensive to make a purchase from the company. Last but not least, although there was a respectable assortment of lamps and shades, the ordering process was difficult. I had a hard time navigating the website and finding the things that I was looking for because it was not very user-friendly. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service department was equally of no assistance. The Capulina online store, in general, did not live up to my expectations during my time with them. The pricing were significantly more than those of competitors, the quality of the products was below average, and the customer support was unhelpful. This shop is not one that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase items related to home renovation.
