I received my anklet about a month ago and have been wearing it 24/7 ever since. It came in a small plastic bag as pictured and a small purple mesh bag to store it in. I've had it since I've had it so I shower and sleep in it and I'm happy to report that it's still shiny and strong. At first I was concerned that it might be fragile, but it seems very strong. I am very happy about this as I have broken chains and anklets quite easily in the past. It even stood up when my boyfriend grabbed my ankle while playing. Oh, it had no effect on my skin either. No rash or anything. It was something else I was worried about. I would recommend and buy again or give as a gift.
