Great thermometer but room to grow.

It is easy to use and works well. Love the meat and candy alarm feature and the fact that it comes with a spare sensor. One feature I would like to see is a "reverse" alarm clock. I want to be able to leave the house and be notified when the temperature drops to a certain level. Yogurt, for example, heats up to 180 (an alarm works for this), but when it then drops back down to 110, it needs to be inoculated (the alarm is useless if it's lowered). That would make it perfect for me and deserve a fifth star.
