This is a fine-toothed ratchet for very heavy duty applications.

This is a fine toothed ratchet that comes in handy when you need to remove a fastener in a very tricky spot. For a 3/8" ratchet, it is very heavy. On the back there is a small toggle lever for switching from cocking to releasing that is easy to operate with one finger. There is also a socket release button on the back. The nut will open the ratchet holds it in place until it is about to loosen. It has a nice shiny finish. And best of all it is very reasonably priced. It feels like the one I got from the tool cart I had to pay for.
