What kind of technology do I have on my wrist

I don't know where to start and where to start. Firstly, this smart bracelet is amazing, it weighs nothing, comfortable to wear, durable, fully submersible, the bracelet itself is made of high quality silicone, and the bracelet clasp is made of durable anti-corrosion material and processed by Sony's precise technology. Logo on the face. Second, performance. It basically calculates steps, walk time, running time and calories burned based on your movements. I liked that it is very accurate in terms of step count. When you wave your arm in the air, it doesn't count your movement as a step, unlike some other fitness bands that do. In my experience, sometimes I take it off my wrist and put it in my pocket, it still counts the steps. It also calculates how many calories I burn through my movements, for example when I drive a car or work in the workshop. Another thing I really like is how sleep cycles are calculated when you switch to night mode, whether manual or manual. automatically it will start timing your sleep as soon as you start to become passive, then it will determine by your movements whether your sleep is light or deep, as soon as you wake up it will also notice it. A nice feature is also a smart alarm clock, you set the time you want to wake up and it will wake you up as soon as your sleep gets light. I really liked this Sony smart bracelet and I have no regrets buying it. I recommend it to everyone whether they want to use it for fitness purposes or just life logging.
