4 stars only because there is no space for accessories in this model. I know this is a design flaw. This vacuum came, looked like new, one minor issue, I had to mount the strap on the ladder nozzle myself, which isn't a big deal if you're mechanically inclined. My wife loves his best stair vacuum, very powerful, not too heavy but not that light either. For the money you can't complain about you'll have to spend $300 on a Dyson. Good job Hai
