I like how everything can be done in one place including payment processing and shipping/warehouse management. There's no reason to go anywhere else if you're looking for those things. You need to have some previous sales experience or know someone who does before they'll even consider hiring anyone from there. If you don't have any of those two items than this isn't going to work out well. They do help make it easy to get started but without knowing people involved in their team (and having had past sales) you won't succeed as far as getting paid commissions goes. That said, we've been able to pay off our startup costs through sales commission so that's what keeps us happy!
