The ease with which one could go live, as well as integrate into our ERP system was amazing! Everything we thought about would be implemented within 1 hour after purchase. Nothing really- no complaints here. We did use the demo version before purchasing so everything should have worked fine. Go forth confidently knowing that all will work out as planned!! Once set up there is nothing else needed but support when things do breakdown or need changing - this is where they fail us at times (as other companies should too) I like that they have so many different options, including those with no customization at all! The price is very reasonable as well. It's easy enough for anyone who knows how to use computers (and most people do) but still allows someone new to figure out quickly what works best for them. We've used this software before when we had our own graphics department, however now we're using something much simpler than then was able to provide us back then.
