It was described as Used but not opened and in Good Condition which was false. The cracked corner doesn't allow beads to spill out at this time, but it won't be long before the broken plastic pieces chip off and the entire corner of the case is undermined.Three out of five boards have missing pegs. Not sure if they broke off or if it is a manufacturing defect because I can't figure out how they could've broken, but it means beads can't be placed in those spots and there will be holes in the creation. The hexagon is missing one, the heart is missing one, and the butterfly is missing three (two on the left wing and one on the tip of the right wing).The box was in perfect condition so my guess is that it was like this before it was shipped.Definitely feeling cheated. Spend the few extra extra bucks for "new".
