It does what I need it to do and the support team can help you with any questions. We have been using Wide Open for 3 years now and there have been no issues with the platform. We use Wide Open to allow our customers to create and manage surveys with us. We also host their questions and answers pages on our site. I like how it's easy for me to connect with clients and get work done in no time. It makes communication more efficient and less stressful. It is very user friendly which is why I don't have any complaints about this software. I would recommend Wide Open because they are always willing to help their customers. Before using WOT, i was frustrated because it was hard for me to communicate with my clients. Now everything has changed.
