I just love these TFAL Excite pans. We make eggs almost every morning and they never stick together. I also pan fry chops, hamburgers, and lots of veggies...nothing burns. One of the best things is that they are non-stick ceramic and I can use less oil when cooking. I like it. I use them on a glass electric range and they work well. Thermo Spot is also a pretty cool feature. I wait for her to show readiness, and when I put the food in the pan, it's piping hot. This set is the perfect two sizes for me for most things I cook in one pan. They are also oven safe up to 350F so I can leave my food in the oven or finish cooking while I prepare the rest of the food. . Although they are dishwasher safe, I do not put them in the dishwasher as they are very easy to clean with hot soapy water. These are very light pans which may be suitable for people with weak hands, maybe the elderly. In general, I like them very much.
