When the access point came out, I put the battery in, switched the device on and got the message NO BATTERY, I already have two such devices with the same problem. At this point, the device blocked, disconnected from the internet and was not responding. The only way to turn it off is to remove the battery. An internet search shows that others have had the same problem with this device and there is no solution to it. I replaced one of them last year because of this problem. I ordered this to replace a 2nd unit with this problem making it the 3rd with the same error. I sent the device back and I will find something that works.
