Revain's product page lists this bag, TCT027, as a 16" bag. When the product arrives you will know that Targus calls their TCT027 bag the 15.6 inch bag. The external dimensions that Targus states on the product label (which I have confirmed to be correct) are 16.14" x 2.36" x 12.2". For this price the bag is exceptionally well constructed. Made in Cambodia , not made in China. The shoulder strap attachment D-rings on the bag itself are stitched and riveted. The fabric handles are "Box and X" stitched with raw edges, allowing the bag to remain flexible yet retain its shape. The zippers are of good quality Quality and work very smoothly This bag opens from the top - so if you put your laptop in and forget to close it it can't fall out from the bottom Except for the top section of the zip everything else The bag looks as if it does them stuffed inside and about 1/4" closed. honeycomb foam. The outside is made of nice Cordura-like material and the inside is lined in gray.
