I usually wear a size 11 from other Sole Technology brands (Emerica & Etnies) so I ordered this size 11 too. The length was perfect and left enough room for my fingers , was not too long, but the width was too small and I could not wear it comfortably. I think skinny really means what he says. So instead of ordering a size up and being too long, I ordered a pair of regular Accels and they fit perfectly. If you have a smaller foot width these are for you. If you don't get regular Accels. Anyway, I haven't had a chance to ride in them, but I thought they were great skateboarding shoes.
