Not the best sound about

I bought these from a pharmacy after my SkullCandy phones had a connector short. For example: volume control, although the lock position sets the volume much higher than it should be. Hatred: sound quality. It's really muted. The sound is not clear and not clear. I take them in reserve; they seem to be durable. But I'm thinking about getting a new set of SkullCandys from Revain asap.
