Whether a hat and scarf will fit small children is difficult to determine based on size. "1 size fits all " didn't work.
The hat(s) were good (ordered 2 sets) but the fur on the scarf didn't even look warm. Was disappointed. One size didn't work for small receivers.
- Granddaughter liked it. It is well made and so soft on the inside.
- Not a versatile option as it is specifically designed for cold winter weather and limits its use to just a few months of the year.
