I like these because they really hold the lower dentures in place. It has some wax cushion which helps - my gums still hurt and need to get used to these dentures. But I can eat a lot of foods that I thought were history for me. A previous review said they cut them in half before inserting and I find that works best. Of course I have a very small mouth. They don't remove as easily as other types of glue, but that's okay - they stick! Someone said they rinse their mouth out with baking soda and water - I've tried that and it works great. Edited to add: Actually, any mouthwash works great.
