The lamps are bright but one side seems brighter than the other. I'll adjust the bulb again and see if that makes a difference. I installed them last week so I don't know the lifespan of the bulbs. And as for Kelvin, I have 6k, when the lamp gets warm it's blue. Much like the 12k range, once it reaches the correct operating temperature, it begins to lose its strong blue color and becomes hyper white. I gave 5 stars because the price is good and the customer service is great. I initially had trouble with one of the bulbs being brighter than the other, but I rotated them a few degrees and they are both the same brightness.
