I usually wear a L because I'm 5'7" and about 175 pounds. The torso fits as it should, but the torso is too long and interferes with normal activities. If you have to bend down in this shirt, you will constantly adjust or pull the shirt up. wide neck and children's sleeves, like many others. I could cut 6 inches from the bottom but I'll just return it.
