The sound is just horrible. It's very faint and distorted, like the teacher in the Peanuts/Charlie Brown "Mwah wah mwah wah" movies. This is completely muted bass, absolutely no mids and highs. When we use them, we have to crank the volume all the way up to hear anything at all. And even then, due to distortions, it is not possible to understand the spoken words in dialogue (e.g. in TV or movies). I've been using headphones since they were invented and they are the WORST of the worst I've ever tried. Don't buy this. Or, if you do, buy a few to test before buying in bulk. Too bad I didn't do it before going all in on 100 of them. What a complete garbage.
