First, it's a bit big for me. I am a men's size 9 and I bought a men's size 9 and it fits loose hair. Bowling would be a bit unsafe, but I'm not sure if falling to an 8 would be too difficult. Kind of naturally flexible non-binding shoes. Second, it feels like these shoes were designed for arched feet. I have flat feet and I get uncomfortable very quickly. Luckily the sole is removable but I think the narrowness of the shoe makes it difficult to align other soles for flat feet. I don't know that my feet are oddly shaped as I don't usually have problems with shoes.
