Looks good, works badly
The pen looks good and works 90% good. The only problem is the other 10%. About every three months I have to remove the handle from the door and align it inwards. The outside button stopped working and it doesn't work outside. Which is a real problem because there is no other way to open the door. I would like to send it back but it was too long.
