New work orders are easy to create and great for tracking all of the work
I love the ease of creating a new work order. I love the way you can track all of the work orders at one time. Its a great system for the company I work for. I dislike that there is not a report builder for the work orders, I am able to create the report that I want, but it takes so long. Also I dislike that I cannot create sub work orders, I wish I could do that. I wish I could create a sub work order for a work order. I wish I could create a sub report for a work order. Also I wish I could create a work order for a work order. I am able to track all of our work orders in one central location, it makes creating and updating work orders much easier.
Pros
- The ability get see everything from Work Order statuses
- Ability update fields such as hours worked or other information about an employee.
- Create reports easily without having advanced knowledge with SQL statements
- Track multiple employees' activities together instead o just individual's
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
