The original packaging (not the shipping envelope) was damaged and the parts inside the shipping envelope were loose. 1 piece (brass collar) was missing. It looks like the original packaging for heavy metal items was too weak and broken. The remaining threaded rod is useless without a collar. Signed, disappointed
